Student Easy-Pass: A Commuter Prepaid Permit
RU-N students can now exit the student parking facilities quicker than ever before. The RU-N Easy-Pass will allow you to exit the parking gates without having to transact with the attendants.
Operating procedures are as follows:
- Vehicle must enter and exit before an additional entry or exit will be permitted.
- Electronic Hangtags will only work from 6:00 AM to 3:00 AM daily. Exiting after 3:00 AM will result in overnight fees.
- Both Electronic Hangtag and Sticker must be displayed on all vehicles while parked. Failure to display both will result in a violation.
$30.00 Refundable Deposit is Required for the Electronic Hangtag in Addition to the Following:

RU-N students can now exit the student parking facilities quicker than ever before. The RU-N Easy-Pass will allow you to exit the parking gates without having to transact with the attendants.
Operating procedures are as follows:
- Vehicle must enter and exit before an additional entry or exit will be permitted.
- Electronic Hangtags will work 24 Hours/Day, 7 Days/Week. Overnight fees are not applicable.
- Both Electronic Hangtag and Sticker must be displayed on all vehicles while parked. Failure to display both will result in a violation.
$30.00 Refundable Deposit is Required for the Electronic Hangtag in Addition to the Following:
